Your rank is quote high however private colleges are known to take admission more easily since the eligibility criteria only requires you to qualify NEET.
Still a lot of students apply for private colleges since not everyone gets into government medical colleges. You might have decent chances of getting a private medical college based on your OBC rank as belonging to the OBC category will give you advantage.
And if not then you can go for management quota seats or pay donations for admission, and you will certainly get in some private college.
