Yes,absolutely. Earlier , the Rajasthan Government used to conduct RPET (Rajasthan Pre-Engineering Test), but now everything is done as per the student’s performance in JEE Mains.
Your rank is not something that would excite anyone, but yes you can get into CTAE.
If you are not from Udaipur, do not consider joining CTAE leaving aside all other good opportunities. But if you are from Udaipur itself, CTAE will be a good choice.
