Hello Nidhi,
If you want to get admission in AFMC then you have to first quality and gain a decent rank.
As far as application is concerned AFMC registrations and submitting of NEET score will be done after NEET results.

AFMC admissions will be done after NEET results. So wait for that.

AFMC applications does not seem to be out at present, so once they are available (after the results are declared for NEET) then you will have to fill it.
