No it's really difficult for you to get admission in any government medical college and even in dental government college because you have very less marks . While it's even not possible to get admission in any private medical college because in this less amount of money . I hope this was helpful

Sorry to say that at this score you can't expect a government college at all.

But though as you have qualified NEET so you are eligible for admission in private colleges.

Now there is no college in India having fees around 1 lakh per annum.

The minimum fee for private colleges is 7+ lpa.
