Will my 1st and 2nd year cgpa also add in 3rd year in DU?? If I will score low in 1,2 year then my 3years cgpa can low??

Hey,
While calculating your third year cgpa they will show the score separately for the 5th and 6th semesters on the basis of marks you scored in that particular semester. They will not include rest of the semesters for calculating it. But while calculating your total percentage you graduated with, all years cgpa will be considered and will be counted.
