Dear Sushmita, yes. Your Caste certificate is valod all over India. So in your case even if your Caste Certificate has been issued in West Bengal, it still holds good for availing reservation benefits in NEET and if you get a seat in Government Medical Colleges of Mumbai, you can use thos certificate as proof.
