NEET 2019 will be conducted by the NTA twice a year in the online mode. the first session will be held from February 3 to February 17, 2019, and the second session will be held from May 12 to May 26, 2019. The National Testing Agency (NTA), however, has not mentioned any changes related to the syllabus or exam pattern of NEET 2019 as yet. So it is safe to assume that NEET 2019 will follow the exam pattern and syllabus as that of 2018. The syllabus of NEET 2018 was strictly on the basis of NCERT, and therefore, NEET 2019 is also likely to follow suit. Be thorough with the concepts from NCERT and practice well. Goodluck!
It will always be based on NCERT. Yes, the level of difficulty and pattern might differ a bit. And the exam will be conducted online.
The exam pattern and the syllabus for neet 2019 will remain same,the only difference is that it will be conducted online.i hope this information helps you.
