will there be a second round counselling for neet mds 2019 in himachal , punjab and haryana as per the revised cut off ?

Dear Nayaab   NBE prepares the merit list based on the revised cut off for All India Quota. For State Quota, the same cut offs are used by the State Counselling authorities for admission to Government/Private Universities and Colleges in their respective States. So there will be a new pool of qualified candidates under the revised cut offs and counselling should start for those candidates too. So there will be second round of counselling in all States.
