I have given AIIMS PG EXAM last year so is it necessary to fill basic registration once again for this upcoming exam

Arun, there is no more AIIMS entrance exam from this year. So all admissions for MBBS to AIIMS and JIPMER will be through NEET score. So there is no need for any Basic Registration.
