For Karnataka Domicile certificate you can use the following link if you have not applied for it yet-

Once you have applied for it you will be able to download your certificate in a span of 1 month.You will also be delivered the certificate.If you already have a domicile certificate you can scan it by a mobile scanner to convert it into a soft copy.I hope you are clear.Best of luck.
