The cutoff of jee mains have not been released by NTA yet. But our experts have predicted that qualifying 85. And also a poster released by IIT Roorkee informs that around 220000 students will be eligible to write jee advanced.
For 74 percentile your rank will be around 250000. So it seems you have low chances for that. But wait for official result.
