Yes you can. But remember one thing that your name should be same as in 10th marksheet. If you have written it there without surname, then there is no problem in filling your name without surname in NEET form.

You have to mention the very same name that is present on your class 10 mark sheet.

Yes, you can. But remember your name should be same as in 12th certificate. If you have written it there without surname, then there is absolutely no problem.

- You can do so but during verification you may be in trouble
- You should fill the form as in your 10 marksheet or admitcard.

I also did not mention my surname in neet application form but There is surname in my every document...is there any solution to it..will it snatch my medical seat even when i am eligible...is there any solution to this problem

Yes but that should be matched with aadhar card and your 12th mark sheet name
