LPU is providing admission to the students on the basis of qualifying in Interview as well as passed with 55% in graduation. So, you can take the admission without appearing lpunest, but make sure you apply the interview before 20th April and take admission before 30th April 2020.

Hello Nidesh !!LPU conducts an entrance exam and scholarship test (LPUNEST) for MBA candidates .  A candidate must have 50% in graduation and  must qualify in LPUNEST/CAT/XAT/CMAT and interview and admission is also based on the merit.And there is no direct admission for MBA.Hope the above information helped you.
