Hello Tarun.If you are above the cut off marks you dont need to register and fill the application form for the seat allottment through hpcet.Only the ones who are applying through Jee Mains need sto fill the form and pay the fees.You can directly report at the venue during seat allottment.50 % seats are reserved for the candidates who have given hpcet exam.Please go through the following link for more details.

Himachal pradesh technical university conducts himachal pradesh common entrance exam (hpcet) every year for admission of students into colleges with various courses
HPCET has minimum cut off of 60 marks for general category. As you scored 97 marks you have chances to get into government colleges for b pharm

Himachal Pradesh Technical University(HPTU) conducts Himachal Pradesh Common Enterance Test every year for admission of students to colleges under HPTU under various courses offered one of which is B.pharma.
HPTU has set a min. cutoff of marks 60 for general category. Your score of 145 is very good score and thus may easily get a government college of pharmacy.
Register yourself for counselling whenever the portal opens and see what best happens.

You must have to apply for private institutions as you the marks obtained by are not enough to make your admission in government college for pursuing bachelor's degree in pharmacy. So please go for private, some of the private universities are also good.

With these marks, you cannot get into government colleges. However, you should not lose hope as there are many private colleges available.
You just have to work hard in the college as compared to your college mates.
This is because your performance in college is the key factor for getting placed in a decent company.

As you mention your HPCET marks as 87 ..but you didn't mention about the course you want to opt...
There are some chances to get good college for that you have to take part in counselling and go with last round of counselling ...
