The major admission in the college under the HPCET entrance examination is through councelling on the merit based on marks scored in HPCET. 

But after the councelling some seats are remained vacant then these seats are filled on the basis of the merit formed on the basis of

Hello Tarun.If you are above the cut off marks you dont need to register and fill the application form for the seat allottment through hpcet.Only the ones who are applying through Jee Mains need sto fill the form and pay the fees.You can directly report at the venue during seat

Thanks for asking your query,as per your marks in hpcet you may get Govt college in haryana ,but your Jee mains percentile is low therefore you cannot get admission through it.Therefore I would suggest you to attend the counseling of hpcet .
