what is the syllabus of JNUEE MSc life sciences exam?

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 19th Apr, 2020

There is no specific syllabus per se. You need to prepare UGC approved syllabus at Graduation level in your respective subjects. According to the eprospectus available at https://jnu.ac.in/admission/e-prospectus-2020-21.pdf , you will be tested in the basic knowledge of life sciences. The exam would contain subject specific questions pertaining to different branches of life sciences or Biological Sciences taught at Undergraduate level.

how to apply for both phd and mphil in same subjects???

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 19th Apr, 2020

Hello,

in one time you can pursue one degree. if you have completed your UG then apply for PG then for PhD in the philosophy. this is the learning path which is followed for every stream. In UG, students read basics and domains of one stream. In PG or Master's, students pursue one domain of the very same stream. In PhD, they work on finding new theory or innovative rules, methods and operation of the very same domain they studied.

you can pursue same subjects from UG -> PG -> PhD but one degree is done at one time.

Hope it helps!

Hello, I completed 12th class with Maths (Science) in 2017. Can i apply for JNUEE 2020 with B.A. (Hon.) ?

Pompi Bhadra 2nd Apr, 2020
Hello Aspirant!

The basic eligibility criteria for appearing in JNU admission to B.A. (H) is that the candidate should have completed (10+2) level or equivalent examination with atleast 45% marks and above from any stream. Even candidates who are waiting to appear in their senior secondary exams or for the results are eligible to apply.
So yes, you can apply for B.A. (H) in any course even if you are from science stream.
And in addition to that, you may need to produce a gap certificate with valid reasons for the time lag of 3 years issued by some higher official authority.

You just need to visit the official site : jnuexams.nta.nic.in
or
ntajnu.nic.in
and fill up the online application form for JNUEE2020.

For more information on JNU eligibility criteria, kindly check our website : https://university.careers360.com/articles/jnu-eligibility-criteria

Hope this answer helps you.

Hii Abhimanyu!
There is a specific time limit for the web portals when you are logged in, while filling any applicable form. This feature is introduced due to security reasons. You need to fill your details fast and if you can't, save the details as draft once you fill them on one stage. This will help you fill the data for the next page when you are logged out, that is, your session is expired.
Hope this helps.

Can we apply for two different Schools in the same form or do we have to fill in a separate form?

Pankhuri Kumari 28th Mar, 2020

Hii Bharath!

Yes, you can apply for different schools or different programmes in the same form for JNU entrance examination. But, you will have to fill the separate fees for each course you have opted for. You can apply for more than one program under different schools but, it adds up as payment for all separately.

Hope this helps.
