enter your Registration ID and Password and click on Submit.

then click on the link "NEET Application Form Correction".

perform the necessary corrections.

you cannot change the Nationality and Reservation Quota field.

The mistakes in form filling happen frequently. It is advised to email the xat authorities immediately stating your application ID and the details of the correction to be done.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has made available NDA 1 Application Form 2019 at upsc.gov.in. It is a National level entrance exam.

The application form is available from January 09 to February 04, 2019. UPSC is inviting the application from the candidates of 18 to 24 years,

And there may be English translation also.

But not sure.
