Which colleges should I go in for counselling my JEE main rank is 78000

As per your rank it's highly unlikely to get nits or iiits so 

You can try for Thapar University 

But it's  difficult to get top course 

You can try Jadavpur University also eventhough cutoffs are high 

There are also gfti government funded university you can try for it during josaa

Do we need to register at MCC.nic.in, if we want to participate at state counselling?

Dear Sir / Ma'm, at mcc.nic.in, you register yourself for the 15% All India Quota Counselling. If you want to register yourself in the state counselling too, then you must register in the portal of your respective state's counselling portal. One should always apply for both All India as well

Dear Sir / Ma'm, whichever counselling be it state or All India, you must always participate from the very first round of counselling. Maybe you have lesser chances than others, but you must always apply. The exact date of starting of the state counselling has not yet been released as

Dear Sir / Ma'm, however low you may have scored, it is always advised to register in the first round of counselling itself. Since we do not know your domicile state, but still it would be advised to register in the first round itself and subsequently if you do not

hi! i got knit sultanpur from upsee 2019 in 1st round and i freezed it. Can i go for spot counselling of upsee 2019 ?

Hello,

Since you freeze your option then you are not eligible to go for spot round because only those candidates are allowed who didn't get seat in previous rounds or didn't able to participate in the counseling due to some reasons.

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 510 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have  high chances of getting a decent

Hey,
There are 4 counseling in HSTES. Counseling round 1 and 2 is over but round 3 and 4 is held between 8 july to 23 july for online payment of counseling and for offline it is 9 july to 24 july.

you can surely participate in the counselling and you are also eligible for the  selection of college and counselling
