The competition is very intense and even students with around 500 marks are waiting to get a seat in any govt college. Which 416 marks, you have no chances to get any government college.

The state quota will be available only in that state in which you have got domicile in. If you have got domicile certificate of Punjab, you can apply in state quota of only Punjab medical colleges.

As you have secured a good rank so you have a chance of getting good branch but cse in gayatri college is difficult,but is seats are left in 1st counselling than you will have more probability of getting cse in 2 nd counselling.Anyhow apply for 2nd round and wait for results.

thanks for asking your query as per your gmr rank in wbjee 2019 your perf is too low to get seat in jadavpur university because cutoff for jadavpur is between 50 to 1800 gmr rank.Therefore you should look for other college.
