Dear Sir / Ma'm, you can always do both simultaneously. You have to be utterly sincere in your NEET preparation as it is no cake walk. You need to put in serious amount of hardwork in the three subjects equally, and you are bound to get a good score in NEET. Keep your concepts uber clear which is the basis for scoring good in any entrance examination.
Hello Himanshi,
It isn’t entirely impossible for you to get admission this year itself for MBBS. It depends on your category, your rank and the state you’re applying to. I’ll attach a link that will give you cutoff details of colleges across the country.

Cutoffs May vary, so do be alert during counseling rounds. It is suggested you discuss this matter with a career counselor to determine your next steps.
Hey, to prepare only for mhtcet is quite simple.
Are you also preparing for joint entrance exam? If yes then the syllabus is quite overlapping. The only difference is that the jee paper is prepared by CBSE and mhtcet is based on the maharashtra state board.
It is basically the syllabus of your 12th, but at a bit more difficult scale and easier than jee. You can prepare the topics specific to mhtcet, barring the ones which are from cbse, from NCERT. Use your 12th text books very thoroughly.
Also solve past papers (as many as possible) to get an idea of what you will be facing.
Hey Anu, If you are looking for an institute for NEET preparation then I must suggest Allen or you can even try for Sarvottam. Allen is the only institute which takes care of all its medical student. If you are talking about IIT then you can choose between Vibrant or Nucleus but for NEET and AIIMS Allen will be best for you.
You can ask further queries in the comment section.
Good Luck
Hi Laya,
You don't need so much time to worry about CAT exam preparation for MBA at IIMs. Since MBA syllabus comprises of Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and Data Interpretation, and verbal ability, a thorough preparation of 6-8 months is sufficient. However, since there will be some hiccups in your preparation because of internal exams, semester exams, college fests etc. so to prepare well and be on safe side, you can start your preparation from B.tech. 3rd year and be thorough and well prepared for your CAT exam by your final year of B.Tech.
