Will there be any changes in Neet 2020 exam by nta? Will it be online ?Can I crack neet by preparing on my own at home?

Ojaswi_1559194848 Student Expert 13th Jun, 2019

Dear Candidate

No there will not be any NEET 2020 conducted by the NTA. There are chances it will be online but that will not alter the way the examination has been conducted over the years now.

The examination will have 45 questions of Physics,45 of Chemistry, 90 of Biology. So a total of 180 questions. For every correct answer 4 marks and for every incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.

Yes, You can clear NEET by preparing by yourself at Home.

Be very disciplined and revise your subjects on a regular basis.

Mahek 10th Jun, 2019

Hello Himanshi,

It isn’t entirely impossible for you to get admission this year itself for MBBS. It depends on your category, your rank and the state you’re applying to. I’ll attach a link that will give you cutoff details of colleges across the country.

Cutoffs May vary, so do be alert during counseling rounds. It is suggested you discuss this matter with a career counselor to determine your next steps.

How can i prepare for MHT CET?

Khojasteh Mirza 5th Jun, 2019

Hey, to prepare only for mhtcet is quite simple.

Are you also preparing for joint entrance exam? If yes then the syllabus is quite overlapping. The only difference is that the jee paper is prepared by CBSE and mhtcet is based on the maharashtra state board.

It is basically the syllabus of your 12th, but at a bit more difficult scale and easier than jee. You can prepare the topics specific to mhtcet, barring the ones which are from cbse, from NCERT. Use your 12th text books very thoroughly.

Also solve past papers (as many as possible) to get an idea of what you will be facing.

After first year neet preparation i got 369 now what should I do

Shreya Singh Student Expert 5th Jun, 2019
Hello

You have scored well in your first attempt of NEET. But this mark won't get you a seat in any of the state wherever you have domicile in. Neither can you go for AIQ quota.

So you have two options before you:

1. Choose a private or self financing medical colleges as they have low cutoffs.

2. Drop an year and go for NEET again, with full dedication and focus.

Good luck

Which institute is best for Preparation of neet exam ?

Aryan 5th Jun, 2019

Hey Anu, If you are looking for an institute for NEET preparation then I must suggest Allen or you can even try for Sarvottam. Allen is the only institute which takes care of all its medical student. If you are talking about IIT then you can choose between Vibrant or Nucleus but for NEET and AIIMS Allen will be best for you.

You can ask further queries in the comment section.

Hello dear aspirant,
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are among the most toughest exam in India. There are various articles that you might find regarding the books for the preparation of IIT JEE,  but I would suggest you to start with the class 11 and 12 NCERT and then move to the upper level.

The must to do books for IIT JEE are as follows

Concept of Physics by HC Verma
Physics by I. E Irodov
And D. C Pandey

For mathematics.
Trigonometry and coordinate Geometry by S. L.  Loney
Higher algebra by Hall and Knight
Differential and Integral Calculus by N. Piskunov
Calculus and Analytic Geometry by Thomas and Finney

For Chemistry

Physical Chemistry : N Awasthy
RC Mukherjee
Inorganic chemistry by J. D. Lee

I am going to study b-tech from this year onwards.I wanted to study MBA in IIMs.Is it better to start my CAT exam preparation this year?

snigdha.sharan19_9176762 Student Expert 15th Jul, 2019

Hi Laya,

You don't need so much time to worry about CAT exam preparation for MBA at IIMs. Since MBA syllabus comprises of Quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and Data Interpretation, and verbal ability, a thorough preparation of 6-8 months is sufficient. However, since there will be some hiccups in your preparation because of internal exams, semester exams, college fests etc. so to prepare well and be on safe side, you can start your preparation from B.tech. 3rd year and be thorough and well prepared for your CAT exam by your final year of B.Tech.

Good Luck
