see your scores are really good. and you will face no problem to get admission in bihars top ranked medical colleges. however for all india cutoff almost all colleges has 550+ cutoff from previous years data, i can tell. so you can take participate in all india counselling

see this year neet qualifying score is increased for every category of participants. so there is a chance that the cutoff score will also increase. and for all india quota almost every colleges has cutoff of above 550. so it is really difficult to get government colleges at
