Because your score is close to 500it will be very difficult for you to get a semi government bseat in any other state than Rajasthan because in that case you will have to apply for Alq counseling and at this score you will not get any MBBS seat

As you know, this year NEET cut off is little high. The marks scored by you is little less to secure a seat through All India Quota counselling. If you belong to unreserved category thr chances are nil to get a seat in 15% All India Quota seats.
At this score I think it would be difficult to get any seat in MBBS private colleges .
