If you are not alloted a seat and you didn't take admission then it will be refunded, but if you take admission after allotment
Hi aspirant you can not compare your state rank with your All India quota rank , state rank is for getting admission under state quota and through All India rank you will get admission through 15% All India quota.So you cannot compare your own rank.

Yes you do have chances of getting a seat in government college for BHMS. If you belong to some other category other than general then you have also chances of getting MBBS in a government college. So you can try for MBBS also if you are not general
