Dear though you have not mentioned you category but nevertheless seeing the expected cut off marks sorry to say you have less probability of getting admission in centac 2019 MBBS.The cut off marks last year was above 440 for the general category and for OBC it was around

You didn't ask your question clearly. But anyways what I am under I am answering you on that basis. You need to have at least 570+ marks to be on safer side to get admission in any good government medical college if you belong from general category.
