I would like to inform you that  Jamiya Hamdard University  Is a very prestigious college and to get admission here you need to score a very high score  to clear the cutoff but i am sorry that at this score it is very difficult to get admission here

You can get but mostly you can get government subsidity College' like the fee structure will be 5000- 9000 

Before 2018 there were limited attempt option. General and OBC category candidate were allowed to give NEET examination for 3 times upto the age of 25 years. Whereas SC and ST could attempt 3 times upto the age of 30 years. 

But from 2018 the upper age limit was removed

You have a not a bad score in NEET 2019. Near about 500 is a good score. The cutoff of karnataka for government colleges is somewhat higher than other states so you can try there. But you can also try in your state also for government and semigovernment

According to the guidelines you need to have a savings or a current bank account.

The account needs to be belonging to a adult and not to a minor.

Any government Jan dhan yojna attached account is also not allowed.
