Hello Aspirant,
Yes, you can apply for colleges in Rajasthan. You will be alloted a seat in 15% All India quota.You have to submit a non local certificate to verify that you belong to some other state other than Rajasthan.And you have to score above the cut off marks specified by a particular college to be able to fetch a seat in that college.
