There are chances that you can get government medical college but i will be mostly probably in round 2 or 3 . But you can definitely you can get government dental college in round 1 itself . So congratulations budding doc .

yes. NEET accepts students who have passed their 10+2 with aggregate of 50% for UR and 45% for others.
you can although go for imrpvement tests of CBSE 10+2 but keep in mind you need to submit your certs while counselling.

Well my dear you are making a strange comparison. How can the course of BSc and NEET be same? Though they have some similarities but both of them are different and approach to both of them definitely has a vast difference.
