for admission in Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, you will have to appear in UPSEEE exam, since you are from OBC category the last year trend speaks that you must have rank around 12000-13500. for the admission in the aeronautical branch.

That totally depends upon the college's cutoff marks for jee advanced and also total marks varies every year in jee advanced paper.

what is the cut off marks for aeronautical engineering ?

For IIT-B, the cutoffs in the past few years have been in between 1.5k and 2k for Aerospace. The same have been ~2.5k-2.7k for IIT-K, and ~3k for IIT-M and IIT-KGP.
