Aeronautical engineers design, develop and maintain aircrafts to ensure high level of technical precision and safe operations. They work in close coordination with aircraft maintenance engineers and inflight and maintenance teams.

first of all, I would like to clarify that IISc does not offer an undergraduate degree in aerospace engineering. you can apply for masters of technology in aeronautical engineering in IISc the eligibility criteria states that one must have completed the bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering after that it further

Other state candidates are eligible for admission to 50 seats that are offered by various departments of Anna University, Chennai, through TNEA. Candidates who are of Indian nationality but not a native of Tamil Nadu will be able to apply under the Other State Quota.

If your are interested in air field and you want to be a Engineer it is related to aircraft or civil, research and development then i will suggest you to take in IIT because they have good placements and location also matters you can find this college all over
