I am from U.P and my category is OBC,can I apply for CSAB...and,is any SPA and NIT for b.arch is participating in that.

See CSAB is for semi government and private institutes, as well as those seats left in the counselling rounds of JOSAA are filled with the spot round of CSAB only. Yes, all the three School of Planning and Architecture( Delhi, Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh ) are under CSAB also the NITs too. But it totally depends on availabilty of seats. You definitely can apply for CSAB.
