Most of the B. Tech colleges don't have a high requirement for class 12 percentage. Second division means that your percentage is between 60% and 75% so you can get into most of the colleges except IITs and NITs. The requirement for JEE - Advanced is a minimum

Bith the colleges are better but on comparing all aspects jaypee Noida college is better than MMMUT
As jaypee has good placement
