I am a biology student I need to know some good courses besides neet that I can pursue which has good future

Saurabh Yadav 4th May, 2025

Hii,

If you're a biology student who isn't taking NEET, there are plenty of decent courses with promising futures.  You can pursue a B.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Genetics, Agriculture, Zoology, or Environmental Science.  These lead to positions in laboratories, research, or teaching.

You could also choose paramedical courses such as BPT (Physiotherapy), Nursing, or Lab Technician.  All of these fields are developing and in demand.  Choose what you enjoy, study hard, and you can have a successful career without NEET.

I passed my class 12 ahsec board but failed in chemistry can I still pursue bsc in biology

harsh singh 4th May, 2025

If you failed in Chemistry but passed other subjects in Class 12 AHSEC, you may need to reappear in Chemistry to pursue BSc Biology. Some colleges may allow exceptions, but it's best to check their eligibility criteria. Alternatively, you could explore diploma courses in life sciences.

Ive got 60 in physics 47 in chem 55 in biology and 85 in english. So Ive to give betterment exam for chem to get the passing marks to eligible for neet. So my question is that will I be eligible for neet with only one subject betterment or should I have to give pcb english reappear exam (ahsec board)

Sujal Singh 1st May, 2025

You will be eligible for NEET if you appear for betterment in only Chemistry and pass with the required marks, as long as you meet the minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB for the general category (40% for reserved). No need to reappear in PCB and English.
