Studnets receive better average package of 6lpa.
BITs Chemical engineering too has grrat scope but linited opportunities into sectors.
VIT vellore ofders 100% placements in EEE.
Overall VIT Vellore EEE is much better option
You should choose BITS Goa if no specific choice of Branch, BITS Pilani (all capmuses) stands with top IITs. VIT Vellore is also good but you have better option.

You need to get at least 270+ marks to get biotech branch or some other. So you can not get CS branch with 172 marks.
