see jee main advance exam can be attempted by any candidates two time, one is in the year of passing 12th and another is next year, however if your 12th exam result declared after month of june then you are also eligible for next two years, suppose your 12th result declare in december 2019, then you may appear in jee advance in 2020 and 2021.

Yes of course there are number of colleges which takes admission on the basis of JEE-Main percentile with very less qualifying marks in 10+2.
Some private colleges for you are BITS Pilani, VIT Vellore, SRM University, Amity University and so on even you can try for government colleges as well like Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner; Rajasthan Technical University, Kota and many more.
Above Institutes also set minimum marks needed in 10+2 to be eligible for admission but that are less in comparison to those of JEE-Main.
You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your college according to your percentile and other details.

see right now there is no notifications for 2020 bsc admission in jadavpur university. last years students is shortlisted based on 12th score i.e Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics (300 marks) : (Score out of 300), shortlisted students called for interview rounds, based on performance in interview final list is produced. last year there is no admission test. however I suggest you to follow the official website for more information.
