see candidates need to secure 50% marks (general category ), 45% marks for sc/st, in qualifying exams i.e in 12th exam. now Candidates who will score at least 60% marks in the written exam and 40% of the definitions of exam conducting authorities scoring method for bsc bed or b.a bed course will be taken for shortlisting candidates.
for bsc bed course obtained marks of pcm or pcb out of maximum marks of pcb/pcm in qualifying exam.
for b.a b.ed course aggregate marks obtained in 12th course out of maximum marks in qualifying exam.
so try to work hard for the entrance test to secure a decent score.

For admission to Engineering courses in Gujarat government college is done through GUJCET. 60% weightage in 10+2 percentile and 40% weightage is considered to prepare a merit list. But as you say that you have not scored well in GSEB board it is better to go for colleges in Rajasthan. You have domicile of Rajasthan and if you score well in JEE Main you may have chances of getting seat in choice of your college.

Admissions in sastra university is like 70% of the seats is made through stream 1 on the basis of JEE Main scores and normalized scores of the 10+2 or equivalent exam. 25% weightage is given to JEE Main scores and the remaining 75% is given to marks scored in 10+2 or equivalent examination. The combined scores is used to prepare the rank list. Seeing your JEE percentile your rank will be around 67k and your 12th CGPA is good So you have chances of getting sastra university. But getting Top branches is tough.

Thank you for the query. You can definitely taken admission for 2nd PUC in Uttar Pradesh after you have done 1st PUC in Karnataka but you need to present a Migration Certificate from the PUC Karnataka and also a Transfer Certificate from the college you studies.
