So, Yes you can pursue but Civil engineering and Architecture are two really different branches and hence it is not advisable to pursue Architecture after doing Civil as you must have already spent 4 years for B.tech and B.Arch is for 5 years

Even if you have joined late in CSE branch, you havent missed much of the syllabus as mostly only the basics of programming languages mostly have been covered. You need to look at the syllabus of your college for the first year and learn all the basic concepts

If you want to take admission in the course of BTech in Civil Engineering through the lateral entry examination then you can do it even after Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Switching of trades are allowed for lateral entry examination. Although I would advice you, if you wish to do so

You can't pursue two full-time courses at the same time. If you're doing B.tech then after the completion of this course you can apply for LLB course in any Law school.
