The admission process has already started. I hope you have registered for the same. As of now, 2 rounds have been carried out for pharmacy admissions.

Considering your percentile in CET, it looks difficult to get Government college. It would be better that you first go through cutoffs

Jai hind cut off for bms is usually above 90 % , so it will be difficult for you to get admission there . For HR  also the percentage should be above 85 (for open category ) , for sindhi minority you may get admission as the cut off range

See with this score in the MHCET u won't be able to grab a good seats in the good college to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. U should be going for private college like LPU , MANIPAL , SRM

As you know Sir JJ college of Architecture is one of the top ranked colleges in India. So they have a really high requirement of scores. NATA cut off for the genaral category goes 145+ and they also require a good score in HSC.
