You might not be able to get a seat in the main campus in the mechanical branch as cut off is generally below 3800 but you can wait for the next rounds of counseling or try for other branches or other campuses in  CUSAT CAT.

Your chances of getting the college with integrated MSc course is very low with this much rank in CUSAT from general category. I will suggest you to go for other private colleges that are :

Upes Dehradun

Lpu University

Sharda University

Manipal University

Amity University.

Just choose the branches like CSE or ECE engineering at these colleges.

Well you scored a good rank in cusat entrance examination for admission in the colleges under it. You are talking about the Cse branch then according to few last years cutoff your chances for this branch is very low but may be you can get this branch in last round of councelling. Instead of this you have good chances in other branches like IT, ME,ECE. You can easily get seats in these branches in colleges under cusat.

Well their are many branches in which you can get a seat for admission through cusat entrance examination such as ME,ECE and others.

But you specify the two branches i.e is CSE and IT well these branches are evergreen and preferred by most of the students that's why tgeir cutoff rank is high. In my view you have less chance in cse but you can get admission in the college in IT branch so go for the last round in councelling hope you get CSE also..

With this much rank in CUSAT examination you will easily get the MSc chemistry. You should just apply for the better option available to you as, your rank is a decent one so just think twice before taking a decision. Make sure you take the right decision.

Hi, your rank is very good .  There are two campuses of cusat one is school of engineering in kerala and other is cusek in kuttanadu the cutoff rank for ece general was 2240 for keralite and around 2400 for non-keralite so according to this data you surely can get ECE and CSE also if you want.
