Sir i got higher rank in exams if i get a seat,when do the class starts.? And when do i submit all the certificates..?

Usually all colleges start by end of july or begining of august. However, it depends upon which college you are joining. Regarding submission of documents, some take original documents while some just keep a copy of it. Your documents will be checked once during the counselling process. keep a track of the official websites of particular competitions to know when do the counselling process starts or ends.
