Hii.Your percentile is good but the rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela etc, even if you get it you might get meta or chemical or hardly civil.
