How according to you will the new circullum designed by TCS in association with MIT-ADT benefit the students development(CSE/IT)? Will that degree be valuable in my future if I want to go for product based companies or opt for MS, in comparison to state universities like SPPU & Mumbai university?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 25th Aug, 2020

hi,

see right now many university and colleges has become collaborating with the international mncs ,thus this is an extra benefits students are getting cause while studying they would experience the real world issues and work ethics in an mnc company. also they course would be more interesting and interactive if you get the real world working exposure. thus MITadt is an excellent options for cse or IT students. now see after completing the course you would get varioues options to work for any particular company or any particular technology. then if you want to go for product base company then it would be also fine. however you may apply for ms course is abroad university as well by clearing ielts, toefel exams. however studying the new curriculum eventually help you to get new ides and more exploring options in technology field.

if I have 90.92 percentile in jee mains (general category) then would it be to right to choose Mahindra Ecole Centrale as my college? Or should opt for other option (mention other options also)

Harsha Sinha 3rd Oct, 2020

Hi there,

If your score is 90+ percetile and you belong to general category then this college bis not that good, as per academic or other activities wise. The placements are also not that good, nor you would get that extra exposure for careers opportunities.

You can try in other college like

  • Lpu
  • Chandigarh university
  • Thapar college of engineering
  • Techno salt
  • Haldia Institute
  • Heritage etc

These are some options apart from these the other options are here you can check it

Your percentile in JEE Mains is used to calculate your rank in JEE Mains. If you are from a particular reservation category, then your category rank is also calculated using your percentile score.
Your percentile score represent the percentage of students who have scored less than you in JEE Mains. For tie breaker, various other factors are also considered for rank calculation
The JOSAA counseling is done on the basis of your rank in JEE Mains. For the reservation category, they are alloted seats based on their reservation category list.
JOSAA counseling is done for admission into various engineering and architecture courses into the various government engineering colleges in India like NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
