Well this depends on college to college but if you take permission from your college administration then you will surely pay fee in instalment but in some cases it depends on fee also like you have very minimal fee then you have to pay fee in lump sum but you have big amount then you contact your administration for this regards.

The total fees word mention along with a course of a college means the fees that you will be paying for that particular course . For example if it is mention 8 lakh bteçh it means that the fees of 4 years will be 8 lakh (2 lakh per year). In Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering and Technology ,the total fees of 4 years of BE computer science is 2.74 lakh.
