As the rank scored by you in the exam which you  have mentioned above is a decent one and your OBC rank is quite good but only on the basis of rank suggesting colleges is not possible due to many factors such as fields in which you are looking

The rank scored by you is quite good and also as you have mentioned that you belong to OBC category which will be very helpful while securing admission but only on the basis of rank telling about the colleges is not that easy as there are many more factors
