Of course you do. GATE scores are valid for three years only but if you wish to give the exam even in consecutive years, there is no provision to carry the information forward. Moreover each year GATE is conducted by a different IIT. This is the same for any exam.

The minimum percentage to get admission in IIM PUNE is 50% percentage (or CGPA) awarded by recognised universities in Bachelor's degree. As yours is 72% you are eligible. Congrats.

You need not worry, nothing will happen. You can provide the details and edit the details even after filling up the application form. The authorities will provide the edit option probably in the second week of November, 2018.
