IITs have their own admission criteria so its like 50-50% chances with this score but as per my view chances are not so high. But I would suggest you to go through the below article to know the cut off of each IIT, accordingly you can apply as the cut

No doubt, the score is good so you can either go for M.Tech admission or for PSUs as well as you have good chances in both. So it is advisable to use the below College Predictor to know what all colleges you can get admission into and what all PSUs

The score is good so it has good chances for the same. But GD/PI also carries 20-25% of weightage to get recruited in any of the PSU. So better to prepare for it very well this will increase your chances to get job there. And as of now, many PSUs
