The official notification of GATE 2020 says : A candidate that holds a Five-year integrated M.Sc. or Five-year integrated B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree or those who are in the final year of those programs can apply for GATE.So, that makes you eligible to appear.

For admission in any IIT,the minimum percentage requirements in BE course is 60% and above for general and around 55-58% for OBC, SC, ST.

The elugibility criteria for GATE Exam is quiet simple-
  1. No age limit.
  2. The candidate must have completed his/her bachelor's degree  or should be in the final year of the same.
  3. Irrespective of the nationality of the candidate he/she are eligible to appear for GATE Exam.

The GATE cut off of all courses of ME branch for NITIE Mumbai generally lies between 720- 760+. Since your score lies in between it, you can get a call from NITIE.

HELLO SIR i am getting 620 score in gate 2020 INSTRUMENTATION PAPER but i have got 63% in 10 class, 78% in 12 class and 66% in graduation.is there any chace of getting NITIE MUMBAI or any good iit for mtech.

I have not basic information about that but
I know that now gate examination is must to get
B Tech degree. And this is a one day exam in which 25 Question are from GK and GS.
Whithout qualifying gate you can't get admission in
M Tech collages.
