Hello Satya,
You have enough marks in 12th that will make you eligible for IIM's. But according to the IIM admission criteria 2019-21, candidates appearing for CAT 2018 must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50 per cent marks (for General category) and 45%(for SC, ST and PWD category)

It totally depends upon your interest. After MBA from top colleges like IIM ,you will be placed in a private sector job with a handsome salary package of 10-12 lakhs with some perks. And the salary of government jobs can range from 20000 to 2 lakhs per monnth.
