Hi Rama,
Sorry to say but there are no other ways to take admission in IITs or NITs.There are no management quota seats in these colleges as IITs or NITs are the Indias most prestigious colleges for graduation as well as Masters.
If you want to take admission in IIT then you have score good in JEE Advanvce,Gate and For NIT in JEE Mains.
For Seat in IIT in M.Tech you should have secured your rank under 500 maximum.
