There is no way that Diploma students get admitted in any of IITs and NITs. There is no way Diploma students get the part if IIT or NIT in their 2nd year if B.tech through LEET Exam. These National Level Institutes get admission only on the basis of

• The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75%

• Eligibility for JEE ADVANCE.
• Nationality: All Indian National (including OCI/PIO) and foreign national candidates will be eligible to apply.

Dear aspirant, you will be considered as a local student because certificates of 10th and 12 th are mainly considered and both the classes you have done from India so you will be considered as an Indian student only for IIT.

As per your query .you want to know about the job offer by iit after completing a btech.it depend on your branch .many reputated compnies come for placement in iit.the give average package 12-15 lakh..some time psu like iocl,ongc,are visti iit for  placement
