In 2021, Can an OCI get admission into IIT by taking JEE MAIN 2021 and then JEE ADVANCED 2021?

I would like to inform you that you can absolutely take JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and also take admission in an IIT if qualified. You can opt for test centers which have been assigned in foreign locations in 2021.

As per your query, i i would say that its not possible the way you asked. As you filled up for gate for admission for mtech in iit, as a general candidate, you will get gen category marks and rank. 

You can't get a seat with obc category as

Actually you should,appear for kvpy for getting into iit after 12th or jee advanced but since you're from humanities stream,so i would prefer you to first clear out till your masters and then appear for iit entrance in your stream for doing phd

Yes you can get an IIT on the basis of your gate score. It's fine to have low grade in BE. You will get an admission based on your gate exam score. There might be some IITs which has kept some eligibility criteria but low ranked IITs will allow

You will be eligible for JEE 2020 if your number of attempts have not crossed above 3.  If this year you gave JEE for 3rd time then you can give JEE exam next year.

NTA has given the limit to the number of attempts but there is no age

Yes, nepalis students are also eligible to apply for jee mains and jee advanced. But, the things is you have diffrent application charges and counselling will be done by DASA  and not by JOSAA. You fees will also different from indian. Visit this page for more details
