Congrats that you have qualified JEE ADVANCED EWS category and JEE MAINS too .But sorry to say you that there isnot any chance for you to get in IIT.I would suggest you to go for NITs if your jee mains rank is okay enough.Otherwise you can go for GFTIs also.Else

CSE at Jammu, I would say not at all. It has quite poor quality of peer group, almost nil alumni and no permanent campus.
Regarding, IIT Bhilai, has recieved lot of socila recognition, it's also growing quite quickly. Hence, better peer group you'll get
